Yvonne Lamoureux
Yvonne Lamoureux is a judge of the Alaska Third District Superior Court. She assumed office in 2017. Her current term ends in 2027.
Lamoureux ran for re-election for judge of the Alaska Third District Superior Court. She won in the retention election on November 3, 2020.
Lamoureux was appointed by Governor Bill Walker (I) on May 15, 2017.[1]
Biography
Lamoureux received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2003. Her professional experience includes clerking for U.S. District Court Judge Christopher F. Droney and Alaska Superior Court Judge Morgan Christen. She also worked in private practice and as an assistant U.S. attorney in Alaska.[1]
