“ Our local governments have been struggling for years because of cuts to Ohio's Local Government Fund. It was set up decades ago as a revenue sharing agreement with the State and Local governments. But in order to close a budget gap at the State level, GOP legislators cut the revenue sharing to Local governments in half. As a result, the Local governments have been raising taxes and fees and still struggling to maintain basic services.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; invalid names, e.g. too many[3] ”
