Biography
Education
Fried earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, a J.D. from George Washington University Law School, and an LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.[1]
Professional career
Fried has served as an attorney-adviser to Chief Special Trial Judge Lewis R. Carluzzo and as deputy counsel to the chief judge. He has experience working as an attorney with the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington.[1]
