Biography

Zachary James Collins served in the United States Coast Guard from 2003 to 2007. He earned a B.A. in creative writing from the University of South Florida, and a J.D. from Barry University School of Law. Collins’ career experience includes working as a professional brewer.[1]

What would be your top three priorities, if elected?

My top three priorities are; environmental accountability, especially the dumping of untreated sewage into our waterways. Expanding affordable housing in St. Petersburg, and making sure all residents, regardless of race, religion or tax-bracket are treated equally.

I am passionate about any policy that promotes inclusivity and sustainability.
