I moved from Florida to Vermont in 1999 with my wife and kids. I have worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. My wife of 30 years and I currently have 3 grown children, 5 grandkids, and a young adopted son. We've lived in Addison county for nearly a decade. We've come to love the rural life and the hard-working people who run farms and small businesses in a state like Vermont. I am saddened by how difficult life has become for Americans and small business owners. I decided to run for office in order to help create a better future for the next generation.
  • Citizens need to be healthy, safe, educated, prosperous, and free. Its the government's job to help ensure that. The government should be only as large as required.
  • School vouchers should allow parents to take education funds to the public or private school of their choice -- homeschool included. Public schools need to re-focus on core subjects and not teaching morals and ethics.
  • Government should be fiscally responsible and function within its budget without creating more burdensome taxes. A smaller government may be necessary to better focus on important issues within its budget.
Citizens deserve to be healthy, safe, educated, prosperous, and free.

* Health Care - Better, more affordable options on Vermont's exchange. Cheaper prescription drugs.
* Law and Order - Enforce our current laws and keep violent criminals off the streets. Fund and support law enforcement officers.
* Education - Vouchers and concentrate on core skills. Teach more vocational skills.
* Commerce - Remove barriers to entry for businesses

* Freedom - Protect freedom of speech, religion, medical decisions, and association.
