Born & Raised in Bradford, VT. Paraprofessional at Oxbow High School. Active member of the Bradford Fire & FAST Squad.
I strongly believe that our policies around education need to be strengthened for the sake of our youth. I also believe that we should reduce our tax obligations on our Vermonters. We love our State, but are no longer able to afford to live here.
I believe the best characteristics that are important for an elected official are dedication, honesty and passion.
The legacy I would like to leave is one of honesty, hardworking and passion. I love our State, and want to help build our state to be self sufficient, successful, and one that everyone wants to live in. I want our state to be the best state that is not only affordable, but one people want to move to and build a family for generations to come.
Harry Potter, because those books are one that you can easily escape to and is one that can easily expand your imagination to escape reality.
I don't believe that it is always beneficial for State Legislators to have previous experience in government or politics. I believe that if you are passionate about helping your fellow neighbors and state, and are dedicated to the idea, that you should be given the chance to serve.
Our State's greatest challenge over the next decade will be the aftermath of COVID-19. COVID-19 has destroyed what little of an economy that we had in place. We need to focus on helping our small businesses and farms before they are gone for good. If we lose them, we lose our future.
I believe it would be extremely beneficial to build a relationship with other legislators. Having relationship with other legislators could be beneficial regardless of the party they belong to so that you could better have conversations and debates around bills.
