Zinora M. Mitchell-Rankin is a senior judge for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Mitchell-Rankin was appointed to the court in 1990 and retired from active service on February 29, 2012. She took on senior status later that year.[1][2]

Education

Mitchell-Rankin received her undergraduate degree from Spelman College in 1976 and her J.D. from George Washington University's National Law Center in 1979.[2]
