A CSUMB graduate (Go Otters!), Zoë has deep roots in the Central Coast. From helping coordinate the Panetta Institute's county-wide literacy program, to working with businesses and industries in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis at the Monterey County Business Council, Zoë knows what it takes to build a sustainable and affordable future for all of Assembly District 30. Her background also includes time in the Policy Office of First Lady Michelle Obama and a stint as Communications Coordinator at the Monterey County Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Zoë is currently a member of the City of Monterey's Architectural Review Committee, where she oversees housing development proposals and building plans. She is also a founding member of the Salinas Valley Blue Zones Food Policy Committee, a past member of the CSUMB Otter Student Union Board of Directors, a board member of the Democratic Women of Monterey County, and a long-time YMCA Youth & Government Staff Volunteer.

She received her undergraduate degree in Human Communication and Global Studies from CSUMB and her master's degree in International Relations from London's Hult International Business School.

  • New leadership committed to achieving actual results for the Central Coast
  • Work to invest more in infrastructure, increase workforce housing, clean-energy technologies, and modernize our transportation hubs, roads, and bridges. These will lead to creating better-paying jobs to help spur the economy and help our working families.
  • Support clean and green energy: Sustainable energy or green energy are forms that can be utilized again and again without putting a source in danger of getting depleted, expired, or vanished. In the age of Climate Change and the growing concerns of reducing global warming, we must do our best to explore all green energy solutions.
