Herbert J. Baumann, Jr. was a judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He was appointed to this position by former Gov. Jeb Bush (R) in 2000, and he resigned from the bench on October 17, 2016, effective December 31, 2016.[1][2][3][4]
Biography
Baumann received a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Tulane University in 1978, a J.D. from Tulane University in 1981, and an M.B.A. degree from the University of South Florida in 1992.[1]
Baumann was a partner of the law firm Butler Burnette and Pappas in Tampa, Florida prior to his appointment to the circuit court in 2000.[5]
