Kimberly Phillips Todd (also known as Kim) is a judge of the Florida 6th Circuit Court. She assumed office in 2011. Her current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Todd won re-election for judge of the Florida 6th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 8, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Biography

Education

Todd received her undergraduate degree in advertising communications from the University of South Florida in 1991. In 1996, she earned her J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law.[1]

Career

In 1996, Todd became a lawyer. That year she became an assistant state attorney. In 2001, she entered the private practice of law.[1]

General election

The general election was canceled. Kimberly Phillips Todd (Nonpartisan) won without appearing on the ballot.

2016

Todd won re-election without opposition in 2016.

2010

Todd defeated Susan St. John in the primary, receiving 54.1% of the vote. She then ran unopposed and was elected in the general election on November 2nd.[2][3]
