The Florida Right of Privacy Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was a legislatively referred constitutional amendment in Florida which was approved on the ballot on November 4, 1980.

This amendment modified Article I of the Florida Constitution to establish a constitutional right of privacy.[1]
