A Pasadena Hills City Property Tax Levy question was defeated on the April 2, 2013 election ballot in St. Louis County, which is in Missouri.
If approved, this measure would have authorized the City of Pasadena Hills to increase its property tax levy to 10 mills ($10 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) on all sublcasses of property in the 2013 tax year with required rollbacks in all following tax years.[1]
