A Webster Groves City Municipal Bond Measure was on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the city of Webster Groves which is in St. Louis County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 3,867 (79.79%)Approveda
  • NO 980 (20.21%)[1]

This measure sought to implement a bond in the amount of $13 million in order to help repair and construct city streets along with storm drains along those streets.[2]


The question on the ballot:

For the purposes of repairing, improving, and reconstructing certain public concrete and asphalt streets in the City of Webster Groves, St Louis County, Missouri --

including but not limited to acquiring easements and constructing, repairing, improving, or reconstructing viaducts, storm sewers, and drains related thereto, and including any necessary relocation of poles, wires, and conduits as required by such work -- shall the City issue general obligation bonds up to the amount of Thirteen Million Dollars ($13,000,000)?[3]
