Samuel Bronson Cooper
Samuel Bronson Cooper (1850-1918) was a federal judge on the Board of General Appraisers, which later became the United States Customs Court.
Cooper was nominated to the Board by President William Howard Taft. He was commissioned in 1910, and served until his death on August 21, 1918.[1]
