Service to others was instilled in me by my mother at an early age. Service has been my lifeblood since my teenage years. I have sought to create effective change in my community since the 1980’s Working alongside my mother, Martha Shepard, we founded West Louisville’s first employment office, The West End Job Club Center. While following her every step, she instilled in me the importance of serving others. Because of Martha Shepard’s dedication to her community, the Commonwealth of Kentucky has benefited and will continue to do so for generations to come. I am humbled by the notion to serve as your next District 15 Councilwoman. If elected, I will remain committed to be your voice of change, always keeping you my first priority.
