Alaska District Court Judge receives ethics complaint

Alaska: On Tuesday, May 4, the Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct filed an ethics complaint against Judge Richard Postma of the Alaska Third District. Postman was appointed to his current position in 2007 by Governor Sarah Palin and has 20 days to respond to the complaint filed for his alleged displays of anger, lack of judgment, and of failing to cooperate with other judges and his staff.[1]
