The Albany School District Referendum was a school bond measure on the April 7 ballot in the Albany School District which is in Green County. The referendum was brought to the ballot by the school board, and it sought to exceed state-set revenue limits by $1,750,000 by 2013. The additional funds will be used to maintain current levels of operations.

Passed, with 459 "yes" votes and 333 "no" votes.[1]
Wording of referendum
Be it resolved by the School District of Albany, Green and Rock Counties, Wisconsin, that the final school district budgets for the 2009-2010 through the 2012-2013 school years shall include, on a nonrecurring basis, the following amounts in excess of the revenue limits imposed by Section 121.91(2m) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose paying district operation and maintenance costs: in 2009-10 an amount of $250,000, in 2010-11 an amount of $450,000, in 2011-12 an amount of $500,000, and in 2012-13 an amount of $550,000[1]
