Ann Q. Ameral is a judge for the Superior Court of Stanislaus County in California. She was appointed by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on April 8, 2010 to succeed David G. Vanderwall. Ameral was automatically re-elected in 2012 and her current term will expire in 2019.[1]

Education

Ameral received a bachelor's degree from California State University, Stanislaus and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.[1]

Career

2012 election

Ameral ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, her name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, she was automatically re-elected.[2]
