An Arbuckle-College City Fire Protection District parcel tax, Measure D ballot question was on the May 5, 2009 ballot for voters in the Arbuckle-College City Fire Protection District in Colusa County, California, where it was defeated.[1]
Measure D proposed an annual parcel tax of $79.19. With 2,677 parcels in the district, the new tax would have raised about $212,000 a year.
A two-thirds (66.67%) vote was required for approval.
The election was held as a mail-in only election.
