The Arkansas Interstate Highway Bonds Referred Question, also known as Referred Question 1, was on the ballot in Arkansas on December 13, 2005, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was defeated. The measure would have allowed the Arkansas Highway Commission to issue up to $575 million in bonds for interstate highway improvements.[1][2]
