Barry L. Zimmerman was a magistrate judge of Fulton County and a Municipal Court judge of Alpharetta and Milton in Georgia.[1][2] Zimmerman resigned on July 1st, 2022 after 42 years on the bench amid state ethics investigations for alleged violations to the state’s code of judicial conduct.[3]
