A Bellerive Acres Village Levy Addition was on the April 3, 2012 ballot in the village of Bellerive which is in St. Louis County.

This measure sought to add a property tax on commercial property set at a rate of $.50 per $100 of assessed value in order to pay for additional village needs.[2]

The question on the ballot:

With regard to Commercial types of real property only, shall the Village of Bellerive Acres be authorized to levy an ad valorem (according to value) property tax on real property classified as subclass (3) under Missouri Constitution Article X, Section 4(b) (Commercial types) in an amount not to exceed fifty cents per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation in order to restore a property tax on Commercial property?[3]
