The question on the ballot:
With regard to Commercial types of real property only, shall the Village of Bellerive Acres be authorized to levy an ad valorem (according to value) property tax on real property classified as subclass (3) under Missouri Constitution Article X, Section 4(b) (Commercial types) in an amount not to exceed fifty cents per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation in order to restore a property tax on Commercial property?[3] |
