A Blanchard/Santa Paula Public Library Increase in Appropriations Limit, Measure U ballot question was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in Blanchard and Santa Paula in Ventura County, where it was approved.

Measure U authorized the library district to increase its appropriations limit for the Blanchard Community Library to $350,000 above the Gann limit from July 1, 2014, through the date of June 30, 2018.
