Robert C. "Bo" Bayer is a judge of the Union County Court in Florida. He was elected to this position on Nov. 6, 2012 (effective the following January) for a term that expired on January 8, 2019.[1]

Education

Bayer received his B.A. (Social Studies/Education), M.A. (British History) and M.S. (Guidance and Counseling) degrees from Southeast Missouri State University in 1971, 1972 and 1985, respectively. He then received his J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1994.[2]

2012 election

Bayer defeated Rusty Wade in the general election on Nov. 6, 2012, receiving 58.5 percent of the vote. He previously received 40.7 percent of the vote in the six-way primary election on August 14, 2012.[1][3][4][5][4]
