“ | The Board of Commissioners for Jefferson County Parks & Recreation District No. 1 adopted Resolution #12-1, which, if approved would impose property tax levies during six consecutive years beginning in 2013, with collection beginning in 2014. Will the Jefferson County Parks & Recreation District No. 1 be authorized to impose regular property tax levies of fifteen cents ($0.15) or less per thousand dollars of assessed valuation for each of six consecutive years for the operation and maintenance of the Laurel B. Johnson Community Center in Coyle?[1][2] | ” |
