Bruce B. Waters was a judge for the Fifth Circuit Court in Wyoming. He was retained by voters in 2014, winning a four-year term that expired on January 6, 2019. [1] Waters was retained again on November 6, 2018.[2] Waters retired from the court on December 3, 2021.[3]

Waters was retained to the Fifth Circuit Court with 78.3 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [4]
