Bruce Winters is a judge for the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas General and Domestic Relations Divisions in Port Clinton, Ohio. He was elected to the court in November 2008 for a full six-year term which commenced on February 9, 2009.[1][2][3] Winters ran for re-election to the court in 2014, winning a term that expired on February 8, 2021.[4][5]
