C. Andrew Fuller is a senior judge of the Georgia Court of Appeals. He assumed office on August 7, 2023.
Fuller was elected by the judges on the Georgia Court of Appeals to temporarily assist the court after Herbert Phipps stepped down.[1]
Fuller was a judge of the Northeastern Circuit of Georgia. He served on the court from 1993 to December 31, 2022.[2] He served as chief judge from 1998 to 2018.[3]
Education
Fuller received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, and in 1980, his J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.[4]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Fuller was the District Attorney for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit from 1987 to 1993. Before that, he worked in the private practice of law.[4]
