Biography
Simpson received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Science in electrical and computer engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to serving on the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission, Simpson worked as an attorney and as an engineer.[1]
