A Cass County Sales Tax Continuation measure was on the April 6, 2010 ballot in Cass County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 9,642 (72.95%)Approveda
  • NO 3,575 (27.05)[1]

This measure sought to allow the continuation of the current county wide sales tax, one fourth of one percent, that is in place for a further sixteen years. The money generated from this tax goes towards the improvement and maintenance of county roads.[2]
