The Central Oregon Community College Bond, Measure 9-73 was on the November 3 ballot in Deschutes County.
This measure proposed creating a $41.58 million bond for the purpose of constructing new and renovating old classrooms at the college. Taxes from property in the area would be the source of funding for this school bond.[1]
