Charles Delaney was a superior court judge in Chittenden County, Vermont. He was elected to the court on November 2, 2010, to a five-year term beginning on February 1, 2011.[1][2] He was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on January 31, 2019.[3]

Delaney ran for re-election to the Vermont Superior Courts, as an assistant judge of Chittenden County.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on August 26, 2014.
General: He was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014.[3][4][5] 

2010

Delaney was elected to the associate judge position in 2010. He won 29.5 percent of the vote in the primary.[6] He was then elected (along with Connie Cain Ramsey) with 42.02 percent of the vote in the general election on November 2, 2010.[1]
