The City of Peculiar, Limestone Fee Implementation question was on the November 3 ballot in Cass County for voters in the city of Peculiar.
The question asked voters if they wanted to implement a license fee of $1,000 for businesses who use the limestone in the quarry and also add a fee of $.40 to each ton of limestone extracted.[1]
