A City of Pico Rivera Utility Users Tax, Measure TR ballot question was on the November 3, 2009 ballot for voters in the City of Pico Rivera in Los Angeles County, where it was approved.
Measure TR reduced the city's existing Utility Users Tax by one half of one percent (0.5%), and extended the tax to apply to more utilities and services "to reflect technological advances and changes."
