A City of Pomona Utility Users Tax, Measure PC ballot question was on the November 3, 2009 ballot for voters in the City of Pomona in Los Angeles County, where it was approved.
Measure PC expanded the types of telecommunications the city can charge a tax on.[1]
The city's then-current 9% utility users tax generated about $18 million a year for the city's general fund.[1]
