Clark McClellan

Clark McClellan is a judge of the Eighth Judicial District in Utah. He was appointed by Governor Gary Herbert in June 2010.[1] He was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on January 3, 2021.[2]

McClellan was retained to the Eighth District with 81.1 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2]

Education
McClellan received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the University of Utah.[3]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the bench, McClellan was an attorney at the firm Allred & McClellan.[1]
