Clark McClellan is a judge of the Eighth Judicial District in Utah. He was appointed by Governor Gary Herbert in June 2010.[1] He was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on January 3, 2021.[2]

McClellan was retained to the Eighth District with 81.1 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2] 

Performance evaluations

The Utah Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission, following a 2014 survey, recommended that Judge McClellan be Retained. The full report is available here.

Education

McClellan received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the University of Utah.[3]

Career

Prior to his appointment to the bench, McClellan was an attorney at the firm Allred & McClellan.[1]
