Comer H. "Randy" Randall
Comer H. "Randy" Randall is a former commissioner of the South Carolina Public Service Commission (PSC), representing the commission's third district. He served from 2013 to 2020. Randall served as chairman of the PSC from 2018 to 2020.[1][2]
Biography
Prior to being named to the PSC, Randall served as mayor of the City of Clinton from 2003 to 2013. He was a member of the Clinton City Council from 1993 to 2003. Randall also served on the Piedmont Municipal Power Agency Board, American Public Power Association Policy Makers Council, Clinton Newberry Natural Gas Authority, Municipal Association of South Carolina, Upstate SC Alliance, and Southern Municipal Conference.[1]
