Curtis Porter (Colorado)

Curtis "Lane" Porter is the judge for Prowers County Court in Colorado. He was appointed to the seat on June 9, 2016, by Gov. John Hickenlooper (D) to fill the vacancy being created by Judge Larry E. Stutler's retirement. Porter took office on July 1, 2016.[1]
Biography
From 2009 until his appointment took effect, Porter served as a deputy district attorney for Colorado's 15th Judicial District. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.[1]
