Danielle M. Peterson is a judge of the Nassau County Family Court in New York. She was elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2024.[1]

Peterson ran for election to the Nassau County Family Court.
Primary: She was successful in the Independence primary on September 9, 2014, receiving 34.9 percent of the vote. She competed against Thomas Rademaker, Helen Voutsinas and Joseph H. Lorintz. Additionally, she ran on the Republican party line, though there was not a primary for that party. 
General: She faced Thomas Rademaker, Helen Voutsinas and Joseph H. Lorintz in the general election on November 4, 2014, and won with 27.6 percent of the vote. Candidates competed for two open seats. [1][2] 

Education

Peterson received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1997, and a J.D. from Hofstra University Law School in 2000.[3]
