Darrel Ellis is a district court judge for the Upper Kittitas County District Court in Kittitas County, Washington.[1] He first joined the court in 1997 and was re-elected in 2014.[2][3]  His four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[4]

Ellis ran for re-election to the district court uncontested in the November 2 general election.[5]

Education

Ellis received a B.A. from Walla Walla College in 1969 and a J.D. from the University of Idaho in 1972.[2]

Career

Ellis was an attorney with the firm of Cone, Gilreath, Ellis & Cole before joining the court in 1997. He has also served as a prosecutor for the City of Cle Elum and South Cle Elum.[2]
