David Leibowitz is the president of Leibowitz Solo, a marketing firm based in Phoenix, Ariz. He is a former journalist and has worked with several politicians and political groups in Arizona.
Career
Leibowitz earned a B.A. in english from Florida State University in 1988. He went on to earn two master's degrees: one in creative writing and literature from Temple University in 1990 and the other in journalism from New York University in 1992. After finishing his journalism degree, Leibowitz joined The Trentonian, a local paper in Trenton, N.J. Leibowitz worked there as a columnist for three years.[1]
In 1995, Leibowitz became a columnist at the East Valley Tribune, a local Arizona paper that covers "Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and Queen Creek." He worked there until 1997, when he was hired to work as a metro columnist for The Arizona Republic, a central-Arizona newspaper. Leibowitz stayed at the Republic until 2001. He also worked as a talk radio host for KTAR in Phoenix from 1999 to 2005.[2][1][3]
Leibowitz became the vice president of creative and marketing services for Moses Anshell in 2005. Moses Anshell is a Phoenix, Ariz. firm that aims to work as a "branding company, creative boutique, digital agency, media house, public relations and pay-per-click expert, strategy firm, production studio and account manager" for their clients. At Moses Anshell, Leibowitz worked with clients like Nintendo, Taser and Arizona's Citizens Clean Elections Commission.[4][1][5]

In 2009, Leibowitz left Moses Anshell to open his own company, Leibowitz Solo.
