David P. Sullivan

David P. Sullivan is an judge on the Nassau County Court in New York. He first joined the bench as a county court judge in 2003, but lost re-election in 2012. He then became an acting County Court judge and a Nassau County District Court Judge. He also served as an acting justice on the 10th District Supreme Court in New York. Sullivan was re-elected to the Nassau County Court in 2013 for a term that expires in 2023.[1][2][3]

General: He was elected in the general election on November 5, 2013, with 27.8 percent of the vote. David J. Ayres, Patricia A. Harrington and David I. Levine were also on the ballot, competing for two open seats.
