David Weber is a judge for the Door County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. He was appointed by Gov. Scott Walker (R) on June 30, 2016, to fill a vacancy left by the retirement of Peter Diltz.[1]
Weber won re-election without opposition in the general election on April 4, 2017.

Weber worked as an attorney with the Pinkert Law Firm prior to his appointment to the bench.[1]

Wisconsin held local judicial elections in 2017. Forty-eight circuit court seats were up for election on April 4, 2017. Three seats required primaries on February 21, 2017, with the top two vote recipients for each seat advancing to the April 4 general election. Thirty-seven seats up for election in 2017 were unopposed.[2] Incumbent David Weber ran unopposed in the general election for the Branch 2 seat on the Door County Circuit Court.
