Dawn Newcomb is a magistrate judge of the First District of Iowa. She was appointed to this position in 2004 to serve Black Hawk County.
Education
Newcomb received her bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Wisconsin in 1990 and 1994, respectively.[1]
Career
Newcomb began her career as law clerk of the First District. In addition to magistrate, Newcomb works as a general practice lawyer.[1]
