Day appointed to Wyoming 9th District Court

Wyoming: Judge Timothy C. Day was appointed by Gov. Freudenthal to the Wyoming Ninth District Court on May 7, 2010. He will replace Judge Nancy J. Guthrie, who plans to retire on May 31, 2010. Day has served as a judge on the Wyoming Ninth Circuit Court since January of 2003.[1]
