M. Winkler is a magistrate judge of the Second District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1977 and serves Pocahontas County.[1]
Education
Winkler received his bachelor's degree from Iowa State University in 1971 and his law degree from Drake University in 1974.[2]
Career
In addition to his magisterial duties, Winkler is a practicing attorney.[2]
