Donna L. Paulsen is a senior judge of District 5C of Iowa. She was appointed to this court in 1992.[1] She retired in February of 2012 but retained senior status.[2]
Education
Paulsen received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Iowa in 1970 and 1975, respectively.[1]
Career
Paulsen worked as a private practice lawyer from 1975 until her judicial appointment in 1992. During this time, she practiced in Cedar Rapids and then Des Moines, Iowa.[1]
