Douglas Nugent is a judge for the Johnson County Superior Court in Indiana. He was appointed by Gov. Eric Holcomb (R) on September 6, 2017, to fill the vacancy left by the April 2017 retirement of Cynthia S. Emkes.[1]
Biography
Nugent received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University. He later earned his J.D. from John Marshall Law School. Nugent was an attorney in private practice at the time of his court appointment.[1]
