Campaign themes

2016

Thompson issued the following statement regarding his bid for office:

I am running to help build a movement of change.

The change we are working towards is the change to return the power of government back to the people it belongs to - you, your friends, and your neighbors. You can be part of this movement and help make a difference. In this country, the power belongs to you until you give it to someone else. Unfortunately, our government has been far too willing to take it.

Please join our effort - let's Try Freedom for a Change! [4]
