Dwight Steffner was a 2014 Libertarian candidate for District 18 of the Utah State Senate. Steffner was disqualified from running in the general election.[1]

Elections for the Utah State Senate took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 24, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 20, 2014. Mat Wenzel was unopposed in the Democratic convention. Ann Millner defeated Lars Birkeland in the Republican convention. Libertarian Dwight Steffner was disqualified from the general election ballot. Millner defeated Wenzel in the general election.[1]
